My goal is to support you on your leaderhip journey, asking you questions to find out where you are now, and what your desired outcome looks like. 

I will help you identify the roadblocks and limiting beliefs that may be preventing you from achieving your goals, and together develop a plan for you to move forward.

How long have you been a coach?

I started referring to myself as a coach in 2022, however, I have been utilizing the principles of coaching since 2006.  I previously had the honor of supporting the brave men and women of this nation’s military until my retirement in 2020. Since  2021 I have supported those in my community and local government.

What does a Leadership Coaching session look like?

The first meeting will include a half-hour intake where we establish our working relationship, and a one-hour leadership coaching session. During our time we will explore views of successful leadership, discover reoccurring issues, and start the work towards developing new skills and styles.  After the first session, the leader will have a clear understanding of their skills and together, we will create a Leadership Coaching plan to support their growth.

What does a Life Coaching session look like?

During life coaching sessions we will explore your values and goals, and discover what is important to you.  After the first session, you will have a clear understanding of your desired outcomes, then, together, we will create a Life Coaching plan that will work for you.

What does a Veterans Services session look like?

Together we will discover your next move, and the steps necessary to help you become successful in your new mission.

What is your leadership background?

I view myself as a Transformational/Servant Leader, deeply dedicated to supporting the growth of those around me.  In the spring of 2020 I retired from the United States Navy after 20 years of service, and in the summer of 2020 I graduate of Gonzaga University with a Master’s  Degree in Organizational Leadership.

What are your credentials?

I am a registered coach through the International Coaching Federation, and in the fall of 2022 I completed the Professional Coaching for Life and Work Certificate Program from the University of California Davis.

How long is coaching?

The best way to benefit from coaching is to commit to a minimum of three months. Life coaching sessions are 60 mins long and take place over the computer or in person.

Who is accountable?

The short answer is YOU.  My role as your coach will be to support you throughout your journey, helping you discover new tools, and if needed the necessary resources.   

What personality tests can you provide?

I am certified through the Meditation Training institute to provide the Conflict Dynamic Profile (CPD), and Real Colors personality tests from Real Colors.
